Mr Prem Krishnan, My question is why all has to pay transaction charges to a bank for a delayed transaction. (i.e) Due to bank server problems. This has happened to me a Dozen times. Correct me if i am Wrong.
You are right. As per IRCTC rules they will collect booking Service & Transaction Charges. Delayed Payment is not only happening to you its happening for all. It’s all happening when everyone is trying to accessing server and book train ticket at peak time. To avoid this, you can book train ticket at free time instead of peak time.
