IRCTC Provides an alternative methods for you (i.e.) you can order Domion’s Pizza, KFC chicken etc… Orer Online and get delivered to your train seat/Berth of the respective train Coaches. In the First Phase of the Project, IRCTC announced like all trains passing through 45 Specified railway stations including nine in the east zone namely Howrah, Sealdah, Guwahati, New Jalpaiguri, Patna, Bhubaneswar, Visakhapatnam, Kharagpur and Mughalsarai

How to order Domino’s Pizza & get delivered on the Train Berth:

You can order the pizza in train through three ways.

1. Order Online through ecatering.irctc.co.in
2. By Calling Toll Free Number 0120-2383892-99/ 1800-1034-139
3. SMS Meal 139 & seat number and the meals will be delivered at their berth

Note: Station-based e-catering will be only for stations and not on moving trains. On receiving the meals, passengers have an option of making payment online or through cash on delivery mode. Also the delivery of food would be made through authorized persons.

Steps for Ordering Pizza in Online [e-catering Website]:

Before ordering Make sure you got your PNR Number.

Step #1: Navigate to www.ecatering.irctc.co.in

Step #2: Enter the Station Name/ PNR Number. While entering the Station Name if it not found on the list then the railway station doesn’t have this facility. If you find the station on the list select

Step #3: After Validating the select an Item from Domino’s Menu & and give check Out and now enter the PNR Number to Validate. After that checkout & Pay Online or give Cash on delivery Options
